RETURN

Our return policy extends for a duration of 7 days from the date you receive your item. To initiate a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items sent back to us without prior approval.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you received the incorrect item, kindly contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it. Please be aware that damages and issues reported after 7 days of receiving the item are not covered under our return or exchange policy.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain categories of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges: To expedite the process of obtaining the item you desire, we recommend returning the original item. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process and reflect it in your account.
