We usually process and ship items within 1-5 days of receiving your order, and we thank you for your patience with each and every order.

For all orders placed within Canada, we exclusively employ Canada Post for shipping. Typically, items dispatched via Canada Post will be delivered within 7 business days. However, please be aware that unforeseen postal delays can occasionally extend the delivery timeframe to up to 8 weeks. Our standard shipping option does not include insurance or provide tracking information. If you require tracking for your order, we recommend selecting the express shipping option during the checkout process.

For all orders placed outside of Canada, we utilize postal services for shipping, with an estimated delivery window of 7-21 days. It's important to note that certain countries may subject parcels, especially those containing jewelry, to customs duties. This customs clearance process is beyond our control and may lead to variations in arrival times. Please be aware that IndigoMuse cannot assume responsibility for any customs fees associated with the delivery of international orders.

We kindly request that you carefully review the mailing address you provide, as we cannot assume responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect addresses resulting from inaccuracies in the information provided. In the event of a change in your address during the shipping process, it is your responsibility to ensure the package reaches its intended destination. Please be aware that IndigoMuse cannot be held liable for any shipping delays that occur once the item has left our possession.

We place significant emphasis on the meticulous crafting and packaging of our products. However, once they leave our facility and are in transit with the postal service, we no longer have control over their handling. If you receive a damaged item, please understand that this is not indicative of our commitment at IndigoMuse but rather a result of the postal service's handling. We encourage you to reach out to us, and we will make every effort to provide you with a replacement.
